2. Beta Version and Limited Liability

By using this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Liability: We accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for any data loss, damages, or consequences arising from the use of this application
• Beta Status: Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice
• Data Safety: While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data during the beta period
• Service Interruptions: The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice

3. AI Features and Personal Data Protection

When using AI-enabled features (Profile Generation, Communication Directives), you MUST NOT include:

• Credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking information
• Social Security Numbers (SSN) or National ID numbers
• Passwords or security credentials
• Medical records or health information
• Financial account details
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Any other highly sensitive personal information

Why this is important:

• AI features send data to third-party AI service providers for processing
• We cannot control how third-party AI providers process or store data
• Sensitive information could be exposed or retained by AI service providers
• You are solely responsible for the information you choose to include in AI-processed content

We strongly recommend only entering general, non-sensitive information about your contacts when using AI features.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use RememPro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in RememPro
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the information you enter complies with these terms
• Making backup copies of any important data you store in the application
• Understanding the risks associated with using a beta version application

6. Disclaimer

The materials on RememPro are provided on an 'as is' basis. RememPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REMEMPRO, ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY DAMAGES (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption)
• ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR DATA
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE SERVICE
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE

8. Data Processing and Third-Party Services

When you enable AI features, your data may be processed by third-party AI service providers. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your contact notes and communication goals will be sent to AI service providers
• We use reasonable efforts to select reputable AI providers, but cannot guarantee their security practices
• You should review the privacy policies of third-party AI providers
• You can disable AI features at any time to prevent data sharing with AI providers

9. Privacy

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
